Regular cleaning and maintenance of the coffee machine are essential for its flawless operations and excellent taste of coffee. For your convenience, we’ve prepared a few simple instructions and videos that will assist you in taking care of your device.

Water TANK
Once the decalcification starts, wait for the instructions on the screen and then pour the decalcification liquid to the container (600 ml of water for 125 ml of the LAMANTI decalcification agent).

Use coffee beans only!
CLEANING TABLETS RESERVOIR
For cleaning, only use the LAMANTI tabs; 1 tablet per 1 cleaning cycle. Start the process and then follow the instructions on the screen.
COFFEE GROUNDS CONTAINER AND DRAINING TRAY
Empty the grounds container regularly. After the decalcification, wash the contact on the draining tray and dry it.
How to clean your coffee machine?
After the coffee machine is used for a considerable period of time, it’s necessary to clean it properly. For this, you need the original Lamanti cleaning tablets. Once the cleaning of the brewing unit is needed, the message “Brewing Unit Cleaning” will appear on the screen. Push the maintenance button to start the cleaning process.
How to decalcify your coffee machine?
Depending on the water hardness, the coffee machine will require decalcification after a certain period of use. Please use the Lamanti decalcification agent only. Once the decalcification is needed, the messages DECALCIFY and PUSH THE SCOUR will appear on the screen. Push the maintenance button to start the decalcification process.

Q & A – TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Once the draining tray is emptied, the screen still says EMPTY THE TRAY. What shall I do?
Take out the draining pan and empty it. Use warm water to clean the contacts at the rear of the pan and the surrounding area, and dry it. If you use the small grounds container, empty it and wash it.
The screen says FILL WATER TANK, though the tank is full. What do I do?
The tank outlet is dirty, so the whole tank must be cleaned. Also, check the strainer on the coffee machine inlet for impurities that would block the flow.
The screen says FILL BEANS, though the bean container is full. What do I do?
The container is too oily, so the beans stick. Use a dry cloth to clean the bean container, and set the grinder to a coarser value.
Coffee is dripping from the spout instead of flowing. What’s the problem?
Only the original BANUA coffee should be used, as the grinder is calibrated for it. Set coarser grinding on the controller in the bean container, and run the cleaning process via the menu, using a cleaning tablet.

Use the Reklamní předměty app, section Sales Points, Coffee. We recommend ordering a single package of either – there’s no need to build large stock, as both packages last for a pretty long time.
Where do I order coffee?
Same place the Reklamní předměty app, section Sales Points, Coffee. Milk should be used within 3 months so the recommended stock is for a month. Coffee is best fresh too, so it’s generally advisable to place orders on a monthly basis.
Your BANUA coffee is 100% arabica. The beans are grown in the Chiapas region in Mexico, blended with other varieties from Central America. BANUA is a bit on the sweet side, with little acidity, and full body with traces of nuts and chocolate. We roast our coffee every week, so you always get it fresh and with the best possible taste.
